The Opportunity

In this role you will:
- Assist with the management of AP (accounts payable) service desk, responding to and/or routing inquiries and AP invoices accordingly
- Code, enter and process AP invoices from suppliers and subcontractors, and follow up to make sure the invoices are in approved status
- Process and maintain requisitions and POs within AP invoices to reach workflow approval statues which will allow the invoices to be paid




- Audit Employee expenses and corporate card expenses making sure employees adhere to the Travel and Expense Policy
- Assist with ad hoc tasks, such as creating reports, obtaining monthly approvals for credit card charges, following up with outstanding expenses and maintaining various spreadsheets
- Other Accounts Payable adhoc duties where required i.e. Oracle testing, Maintaining PO Approval Matrix, Documenting and updating AP process notes
- Support the wider Finance team by assisting in any AP related queries

We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience working in an accounts payable or finance role, with ideally at least 8 years experience
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Master of Commerce
- Are highly reliable, detail-oriented, and quality focused, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Love a agile environment with the opportunity to manage your own
