Your role:
- Technical Stewardship: Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of cloud-native application services running on our Kubernetes-based platform.
- Team Mentorship: Act as a technical guide for a cross-functional Scrum team, conducting deep-dive code reviews and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Full-Stack Delivery: Drive the development of responsive web front-ends and robust backend APIs, ensuring seamless integration across the entire stack.
- Quality Engineering: Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and other up-to-date engineering practices to ensure application code is correct, stable, and maintainable before it reaches production. Build and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, contract, end-to-end) to support rapid, safe delivery.
- Infrastructure Awareness:



Collaborate with platform engineers to adopt platform capabilities and ensure smooth deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
- DevOps Mindset: Embrace a “you build it, you run it” approach by leveraging observability tooling and cloud-native patterns to maintain reliable services in production.
- Data Strategy: Design and optimize data models across SQL and NoSQL databases
