Senior Executive- Liaison for Approval BMC of various file like, Redevelopment of Residential building, Commercial building, miscellaneous proposal and etc. and Site Visits of ongoing Construction building /structures.
Responsibilities: Job Description:
- Preparation of relevant Documents for property under development and Redevelopment of property at Eastern & Western Suburb & City Mumbai.
- Calculation of FSI, Preparation of feasibility reports for property under development and Redevelopment with respect to DCPR 2034.
- Through interpretation of DCPR 2034 and checking of Municipal plans/ Drawings in consonance of DCPR 2034 and to offer comments/ suggestions and verify whether it abides with the DCPR 2034. To ensure whether maximum FSI potential is achieved vis-à-vis the free FSI advantages as stated in DCPR 2034.




- Preparing all approvals required through Auto DCR process and as per policy guidelines of EODB.
- Co-Ordinate With Designed Architects for Finalization of the plans with respect to submission of the plans to the BMC,
- Site Visits for documentation before and during design, excavation, checking plinth, step wise process work up to completion of the project.
- Follow up for all permission to be taken from BMC & applied to BMC for development.
- Apply & to obtained all relevant NOC’s / remarks from municipal corporation and other authorities from obtaining IOD, CC,OCC etc.
- Co-ordinate with other consultant/ agencies working for the project.
