What you'll do: 1. Curate & recommend premium eyewear with a personalised, consultative approach 2. Drive sales via WhatsApp, email, digital enquiries & proactive follow-ups 3. Own the client journey order confirmation to final delivery 4. Handle high-value clients with discretion, polish, and precision 5. Resolve concerns swiftly while upholding luxury service standards 6. Proven experience in luxury sales / e-commerce sales (eyewear, fashion, watches, or premium retail preferred) 2. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills 3. Robust commercial acumen ability to convert enquiries into sales 4. A refined sense of luxury, fashion & clienteling 5. Organised, detail oriented, proactive, and target driven 6.
