Kiara Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Product Support Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai.

Role: Product Support Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai – Work from Office

Experience: 4+ Years

Work Model: 24×7 Rotational Shifts | 9.5-hour shifts

Project: International / Manufacturing Technology Support

What We're Looking ForWe're ideally looking for someone with a Software Development background who can go beyond basic support and understand the technology behind the product.

You should have

- 4+ years of experience in Software Development / Application / Product Support
- Robust knowledge of .NET/C#, Java, or similar programming languages
- Good hands-on knowledge of SQL & databases
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with application logs, incident management & root-cause analysis
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills – mandatory
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced 24×7 support environment





What You'll Do• Provide L1/L2 product & application support

- Troubleshoot application and database issues
- Analyse logs and identify root causes
- Work closely with development and technical teams
- Support deployments, testing & production environments
- Manage incidents and ensure SLA-driven resolution
- Communicate with international clients and stakeholders
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources
