The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role for an HR skilled who can take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while helping us build more effective and structured HR systems.

Key Focus Areas

- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Performance Appraisal Management
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- HR Operations & Administration
- HR Policies & Process Implementation




- Continuous Improvement of HR Systems

What We’re Looking For

- 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Good understanding of performance management and employee engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented approach
- UAE HR experience will be an advantage
