ROLE: Team Member (Voice English)

LOCATION:Gurgaon

Job descriptions:

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers in English.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain skilled communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Follow defined process guidelines, scripts, and standard operating procedures.
- Achieve assigned KPI, SLA, productivity, and quality targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems/CRM.
- Handle escalations appropriately and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Adhere to compliance, quality, and data security requirements.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
- Prior experience in an International Voice/BPO/Customer Support process is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
