Roles &Responsibilities;
Welding coordination of manufacturing operations for all welding and welding related activities described in ISO 14731 Annex B and
ISO 3834-2
Manage assigned manufacturing team members to ensure product quality, efficient work habits and on-time completion of work
Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and quality, reduce cost, decrease scrap and product rework
Ensure weld quality is obtained and that regulations, standards,
specifications and other client requirements are satisfied
Work in close collaboration with planning to ensure the effective scheduling of equipment and manpower
