Wedding Planner – Job Opening

Panigrahana Weddings is looking for a Wedding Planner to join our team in Kochi.

We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience in the wedding industry, understands wedding planning and execution, and enjoys working in a fast-paced and creative environment.

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in the wedding industry
- Good understanding of wedding planning and event execution
- Experience coordinating with clients, vendors and production teams
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Willingness to travel for weddings and events
- Fluent in Malayalam, English and Hindi
- Candidates currently based in Kerala preferred

Location: Kochi, Kerala

What you’ll be doing





- Planning and coordinating weddings from start to finish
- Coordinating with clients, vendors and internal teams
- Assisting with venue visits, vendor meetings and wedding preparations
- Managing timelines, checklists and on-ground execution
- Being present at events and ensuring smooth execution
