Indian Hospitality Network (IHN) is building a next-generation B2B technology platform for the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, MICE, Weddings & Events industry .

With a growing network of industry professionals and a rapidly expanding B2B event ecosystem, we are now building the technology layer that will power member networking, events, business matchmaking, AI-powered tools, content, community, lead generation and much more.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer / Backend Architect who can take ownership of the backend architecture and build a scalable, secure and AI-enabled SaaS platform from the ground up.

What You'll Be Building

You will be working on the backend infrastructure powering:

- ? Advertising & promotions
- ? Blogs, articles & content management
- ? AI-powered content & itinerary tools
- ? Payments & transactions
- ? Automated email & notifications
- ? Business/lead management & analytics
- ? Third-party API integrations
- ? Video/meeting integrations
- ? Document, image & media processing

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop and maintain IHN's backend platform.
- Design scalable and secure REST APIs and backend services .
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases , schemas, queries and indexes.
- Build robust authentication, authorization and role-based access control (RBAC) .
- Develop event registration, membership, meeting and networking workflows.




- Build intelligent matching/recommendation logic for Meeting Genie .
- Integrate AI/LLM APIs into production applications.
- Integrate payment gateways, email, WhatsApp/SMS, Google and other third-party APIs.
- Build notification, background-job and queue-based systems.
- Manage file/media storage and processing using cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor, debug and optimize production systems.
- Establish coding standards, testing practices and backend architecture.
- Work closely with the Founder/Product team and frontend developers to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Is comfortable integrating AI and third-party APIs.
- Can work directly with business/product leadership.
- Enjoys solving complex problems and taking ownership.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment .

This is NOT a conventional CRUD developer role. We are looking for someone who can think:

Business Requirement → Architecture → Database → API → AI/Integrations → Security → Deployment → Scale
