Role Description The Web Developer will work on a contract basis in a remote capacity, collaborating with design, product, and technical teams to build and maintain high-performing web applications and websites. Daily responsibilities include developing front-end and back-end features, integrating APIs and third-party services, optimizing site performance, and ensuring responsive, accessible, and secure web experiences.



The role involves translating UI/UX designs into clean, efficient code, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and implementing best practices for scalability, maintainability, and reliability.

The Web

Developer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support continuous improvement of development workflows and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including proficiency in responsive design and user-centered interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side programming, database integration, and API development.
- Proficiency with common web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern JS frameworks, and at least one backend language or framework) is beneficial.
- Experience with version control systems (such as Git), collaborative development workflows, and debugging tools is preferred.
- Understanding of web performance optimization, security best practices, and accessibility standards is advantageous.
