Key Responsibilities:

1.

Candidate

Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates using job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Indeed, and Monster.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions.

Maintain updated lead trackers for each role.

2.

Interview

Coordination

Schedule telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.

Follow up with candidates for confirmations, task submissions, and availability.

Ensure timely communication and qualified etiquette throughout the hiring journey.

- Documentation & Onboarding Assistance

Collect and verify documents from shortlisted candidates.

Assist in creating offer letters, joining kits, and onboarding documentation.

Support joining formalities on Day 1.

4.

Candidate Relationship

Management

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and courteous communication.

Maintain a candidate database for future openings and internal references.

- Reporting & MIS Management

Maintain dashboards on hiring status and turnaround time (TAT).





Generate weekly reports for management review.

Maintain interview feedback, candidate notes, and follow-up records.

Employer

Branding & Job Posting

Assist in drafting job descriptions and sharing them across platforms.

Support branding efforts through creative inputs on hiring banners, captions, and outreach strategies.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration (preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication (Gujarati, Hindi, and English)

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and CRM or ATS systems

High attention to detail and structured approach

Professional conduct and ability to maintain confidentiality

Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain and knows how to use AI
