Department: Warehouse & Operations

Reporting To: Supply Chain & Purchase Head

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Salary: Based on experience & interview

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy at all times

Monitor and control material movement within the warehouse

Plan proper storage and space utilization to improve efficiency

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies

Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material





Coordinate with supply chain, purchase, production, and logistics teams

Implement and follow warehouse SOPs, safety, and compliance standards

- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management

Experience with stock audits, material handling, and documentation

Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel

Valuable leadership, coordination, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
