Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Executive to drive business growth,

manage branch operations, and ensure excellent customer service in the logistics/courier segment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

- Generate new business through field sales and client acquisition (B2B)
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Identify current market opportunities

Operations Management

- Ensure timely booking, dispatch, and delivery
- Monitor daily operations and resolve issues
- Maintain compliance and coordinate with HO

Cost & Profitability:

- Monitor costs and improve efficiency
- Manage profitability and act on audits

Billing & Documentation:

- Ensure billing accuracy and collections
- Maintain proper documentation

Customer Relationship

- Handle queries and complaints
- Maintain long-term client relationships

Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports and coordinate internally
