As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking to hire agile and experienced professionals to join our team as Branch Credit Managers for our Secured Loan product.

Position: Branch Credit Manager

Product: Secured Loan

Salary: Up to 5.50 LPA

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Secured Loan (Home Loans, Loan Against Property, etc.)

Qualification: Graduation (Any Discipline)

Age: Up to 33 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Assessment: Analyze creditworthiness of applicants by evaluating their financial history, repayment capacity, and the value of collateral.
2. Loan Origination: Oversee the loan application process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in loan proposals and take appropriate measures to mitigate those risks.
4. Customer Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth loan process and resolving any issues that arise.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch operations and sales teams to achieve business targets.
6. Compliance:



Ensure that all loans are processed in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
7. Monitoring & Reporting: Track loan performance and provide regular reports on loan disbursals, defaults, and collections.
8. Collections Management: Manage the collections process for overdue loans, working with customers to recover dues effectively.
9. Training & Development: Mentor and guide junior staff to enhance their credit assessment skills and product knowledge.
10. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to enhance product offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Secured Loans, including Home Loans, Loan Against Property, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and financial targets.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: finance, business, economics).
- Up-to-date knowledge of lending regulations and NBFC operations.
