Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch . Ensure proper inward and outward movement of products with accurate documentation. Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy .

Conduct regular physical stock checks and support cycle counts. Ensure proper product stacking, storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices. Coordinate with procurement, stores, logistics, and operations teams.

Allocate work to warehouse staff and monitor their productivity. Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards. Monitor damages, shortages, excess stock, and expiry-related issues. Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per business requirements.

Maintain daily warehouse reports and operational records. Identify operational issues and take corrective action promptly. Train and guide warehouse team members on SOPs and safety procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.

Support audits and reconciliation of inventory whenever required.
