Job Title: Warehouse Executive – Gym Equipment

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically capable Warehouse Executive to manage the receiving, storage, and dispatch of gym and fitness equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling large/heavy products, maintaining stock records, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of gym equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in the system (manual or ERP-based).
- Perform regular stock audits and report discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment & Dispatch:

- Pick, pack, and prepare gym equipment as per customer orders.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure correct and damage-free items are dispatched.
- Pick, pack, and load products accurately based on order slips or sales invoices.

· Ensure gym equipment is properly wrapped and protected to avoid transit damage. · Schedule pickups and coordinate with transport/logistics vendors.

· Comply with health and safety regulations and procedures.

Product Handling:

- Safely handle and move heavy gym machines like tread mills, cross trainers, weight benches, etc.




- Ensure proper storage to prevent damage or wear.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain inbound/outbound records, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Coordinate with the sales/support team for accurate deliveries.

Warehouse Maintenance:

- Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Arrange equipment in designated areas using FIFO or LIFO methods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10th Or 12th, diploma or equivalent, a degree is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics (experience in gym/fitness equipment is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management software, Excel, Word.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (knowledge of lifting techniques or use of pallet jacks is beneficial).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
