Role Description The Warehouse Manager at ADAMA India will oversee daily warehouse operations at the Nagpur site, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.

Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, implementing stock control procedures, supervising loading and unloading activities, and ensuring secure handling of materials and equipment. The role involves coordinating with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to align warehouse activities with delivery schedules and customer requirements.

The Warehouse

Manager will also enforce safety standards, maintain accurate records,



and optimize space utilization and workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to plan, organize, and optimize warehouse processes.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and knowledge of material handling equipment to support safe and efficient movement of goods.
- Candidates should possess leadership and team management skills to supervise warehouse staff and promote a safe, productive work environment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using warehouse management systems or ERP tools, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Candidates should possess good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or chemicals, is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
