Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring productive use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

- Oversee showroom management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and sales performance.

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

- Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in retail operations or related field (showroom management).

- Strong understanding of retail operations principles (store operations) with expertise in showroom management.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.

- Proficiency in target planning & execution with attention to detail.
