Frozen Bottle is one of India's fastest-growing dessert and beverage brands, operating across retail stores, cloud kitchens, and delivery platforms. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to support our finance operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and compliance activities.

Role Purpose

The Accounts Payable Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end vendor payment processes, invoice verification, expense accounting, reconciliations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements. The role requires solid experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle, along with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing & Verification
- Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), contracts,



and approvals.
- Ensure proper accounting classification and cost center allocation.
- Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, pricing, quantities, and approvals.

Vendor Payments
- Prepare and process vendor payment runs as per agreed payment terms.
- Monitor due dates and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and vendors to resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain vendor master records and ensure data accuracy.

Reconciliations
- Perform vendor account reconciliations on a periodic basis.
- Reconcile AP ledgers with General Ledger balances.
- Identify and resolve outstanding balances, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

ERP & System Management
- Manage Accounts Payable transactions in Oracle ERP.
- Ensure accurate recording of invoices, payments, advances, and accruals.
