Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Executive / Senior Export Executive to manage export operations, documentation, logistics coordination, and international shipments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export documentation, customs procedures, export incentives, and shipment planning within a manufacturing environment. The role requires robust coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of export processes while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end export documentation and ensure compliance with export regulations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Customs House Agents (CHA) for smooth shipment execution.
- Manage export incentive applications and related documentation.




- Process and monitor Bank Realization Certificates (BRC) and other export-related compliance requirements.
- Plan and coordinate container movements, shipment schedules, and logistics activities.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Handle purchase-related activities associated with export operations.
- Draft professional emails and maintain communication with international customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and shipment status.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Support management with export reports and operational updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Export Documentation and International Logistics.
