Associate – Procurement (Stores)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operator to manage inventory, stock records, and material movement within a manufacturing setting. The role ensures uninterrupted material availability to the shop floor, accurate and traceable stock records, and disciplined day-to-day store operations — all in line with quality and traceability standards.

What you'll deliver:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and material flow across the stores function.
- Issue raw material — including Aluminium (Al), Mild Steel (MS), and sheet metal — to the shop floor accurately and on time.
- Read and interpret job cards and issue the correct material and quantity to the requesting department.
- Maintain full traceability of stocked items — batch/lot numbers, material certificates, and lot identity from receipt through to issue.
- Handle receipt, storage, issuance, and replenishment of materials, tooling, and consumables.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels,



raising replenishment requests before shortages occur.
- Receive and verify imported materials, validating consignments against the Purchase Order (PO), delivery challan, and GRN for quantity, specification, and documentation.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Apply FIFO practices and minimise wastage, shortages, and shelf-life expiries.
- Coordinate with procurement / purchase teams for timely material availability.
- Update all inventory transactions in the ERP system and generate stock, consumption, and traceability reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g. AS9100 / ISO 9001) and inventory management procedures.

What you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in Store Operations, Inventory Management, or Procurement — preferably in a manufacturing / engineering setting.
- Hands-on experience issuing raw material such as Aluminium, Mild Steel,
