Who are we looking for:
State Street Investment Management (“State Street IM,” formerly known as State Street Global Advisors or SSGA) is seeking a CX Platform - India Head of Platforms and Development, Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished technology leader with deep experience in managing development resources, platform modernization, digital transformation, AI-enabled automation, and sales enablement technologies.
This role will lead State Street IM's Client Experience technology organization in India and provide strategic leadership across Emerging Technology & Transformation, Sales Enablement Technology, Salesforce Engineering, and Client Reporting Transformation.
The successful candidate will drive delivery excellence, platform modernization, automation, and AI adoption while building high-performing teams and fostering strong partnerships with business stakeholders and global technology leaders. This role requires a seasoned technical leader who can balance strategic vision with disciplined execution, manage complex technology portfolios,



and deliver creative solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
This position will play a key leadership role in advancing the Client Experience technology strategy and supporting the broader transformation agenda across State Street Investment Management.
This role will report directly to State Street IM's Global Head of Client Experience Platform within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
