- Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end close management.
- Expertise in financial controls, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to drive accurate reporting, audit compliance, and accounting governance.
- Experience in working capital management and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across functions.
