Scalene Works is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to effectively engage with potential clients over the phone. This role involves promoting our staffing and HR solutions, understanding client needs, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and follow-up calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Pitch: Present and explain the benefits of Scalene Works' staffing solutions to prospects, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular follow-up.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, both in terms of revenue and number of clients.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM and update the sales pipeline regularly.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends,



competitor offerings, and potential client requirements to tailor sales pitches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align telesales efforts with overall company goals.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the HR or staffing solutions industry.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional local language skills are a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals over the phone, negotiate terms, and handle client objections.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales-related software.
