Responsibilities• Learn and expand knowledge of products so that customer questions can be properly addressed
• Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate products
• Maintain the back stock room and set up merchandise displays on the sales floor, ensure racks are always fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise, if any
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Manages financial transactions
• Remain knowledgeable about and answer questions related to merchandise, sales, promotions,store and brand policy
