Requirements

· Design and architect Microsoft 365 migration
solutions and project plans

· Lead and execute tenant-to-tenant and
on-premises to Microsoft 365/Azure migrations

· Plan and deliver Exchange Online migrations,
including hybrid configurations and mailbox transitions

· Migrate SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
environments, including data, sites, and permissions

· Troubleshoot complex identity, compliance,
infrastructure, and integration issues

· Manage Azure AD / Entra ID identity
synchronization and domain consolidation

· Collaborate with customers and internal
stakeholders to ensure seamless, minimal-downtime transitions

· Provide cutover planning and post-migration
support

· Contribute to automation initiatives, best
practices, and internal knowledge sharing
