Position: Sales Manager
Location: Powai, Mumbai

- Identify and engage mid-to-large brands across India.
- Develop new business opportunities across sectors such as Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Pharma, D2C, Technology, Lifestyle, Entertainment, and Wellness.
- Build strong relationships with CMOs, Brand Managers, Creative Directors, and other decision-makers.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, industry events, networking, and referrals.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with creative leadership to develop proposals, pitch decks, and customized solutions.
- Understand client requirements and position relevant creative solutions effectively.
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.




- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and growth.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Brand Partnerships.
- Experience in a Creative Agency, Advertising Agency, Production Studio, or similar environment preferred.
- Strong network within the marketing and brand ecosystem.
- Experience selling creative services, motion design, video production, content marketing, or design services.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to independently generate leads and close business.
- Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong commercial acumen.
