Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job specifications for Sales positions.
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and professional network.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and contribute to team goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Candidates from Banking, Insurance, or Real Estate industries will be preferred.
- Candidates interested in transitioning their career from Sales to HR / Recruitment are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work from the office in Navi Mumbai.
