Job description
- Responsibilities includes the following but not limited to it:
- Take regular customer orders and pass it to the required team
- Assist customers with their query and resolve it in proper manner
- Make sales calls to corporate for Corporate Gifting / Supplies
- Assist customer in placing the online order and their status
- Management of online orders with delivery statuses
Must be
- Very fluent in EnglishGood communication and presentation skills
- Experience 06 months to 3 years
- Basic computer application skills data management skills
- Microsoft excel and corporate email communication knowledge is must
