Job Description:

Architect and execute the global technical sales roadmap to accelerate growth in rubber stopper lines, primary
closures, and specialized custom rubber product sectors.
Cultivate and lead direct commercial relationships with Procurement Heads, Technical Directors, and R&D;
decision-makers across Global Pharma (MNCs) and medical device markets.
Negotiate high-value, multi-year global supply agreements (MSAs) detailing complex pricing structures, volume
commitments, and strict quality guarantee bound

Lead consultative technical discovery processes to map customer requirements against our proprietary
elastomer compounding capabilities (e.g., Bromobutyl/Chlorobutyl formulations).
Position technical advantages including advanced barrier coatings, low extractable/leachable profiles, high
needle-penetration resilience, and container closure integrity (CCI) parameters.




Bridge the communication line between client engineering teams and our internal R&D;, Compounding, and
Tooling divisions to drive swift custom product development and customer satisfaction.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Rubber Technology, or Material
Science. An MBA or equivalent business credential is highly advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of technical B2B sales leadership experience, with a mandatory minimum
of 5 years directly operating within the pharmaceutical primary packaging, medical device components, or
high-precision industrial elastomer manufacturing industries.
Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales quotas and managing large
corporate contract conversions.
