Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Operations (Fire Protection Systems) to lead the execution of multiple high-rise Fire Protection System projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Sprinkler Systems, Hydrant Systems, Pump Rooms,



Fire Alarm Coordination, Testing & Commissioning, along with excellent project planning, billing, client management, and team leadership capabilities.

The role demands complete ownership of project execution—from BOQ to NOC—while ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, productivity, and commercial closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of FPS projects: Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pump Room. FAPA // Starting BOQ to NOC.
- Manage sites / towers with clear targets: installation progress, manpower productivity, and timeline adherence.
- Own project planning & tracking: baseline schedule, daily/weekly targets, constraints removal, and milestone closures.
- Ensure material planning & control: indenting, vendor coordination with procurement, site stock tracking, and consumption control.
- Drive quality & compliance: method statements, checklists, inspections, snag closure, and documentation.
