Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to support Ceres’ U.S. operations by developing high-quality,



client-facing documents. This role focuses on preparing proposals, Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), and RFP/RFQ responses that are explicit, compelling, and fully compliant with client requirements.

The Proposal Writer will collaborate closely with proposal managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), technical teams, and business development leaders to produce well-structured content aligned with Ceres’ service standards, brand guidelines, and submission deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Editing

• Develop, write, and edit proposals, SOQs, and RFP/RFQ responses that clearly articulate Ceres’ capabilities, experience, and value proposition.

• Translate technical and operational inputs from SMEs and project teams into concise, client-focused narratives.

Compliance, Quality & Branding

• Ensure all proposal content is compliant with solicitation requirements and aligned with corpor
