Key responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts
- Assist in implementing sales plans and achieving assigned targets
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service presentations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Handle client queries and follow up on leads and opportunities
- Provide input on market trends and customer feedback
Skills,
knowledge and expertise:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in freight forwarding field
- Proven experience in sales, business development ideally in logistics or freight forwarding
- Robust analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams
- Ability to close business & strong negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
