What will you do?
Regional Business Leadership
- Lead and drive the overall Applied Equipment business strategy for the North Region, ensuring achievement of annual revenue, profitability, market share, and growth objectives.
- Manage and coach a team of Applied Sales Managers and Channel Sales Managers across the region, providing strategic direction, guidance, and performance management.
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with national growth strategies for YORK Applied Equipment products including Mini Chillers, Heat Pumps, Airside Products, Modular Chillers, and other HVAC solutions.
