Job Description:

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and evaluation of structural systems for complex construction projects. The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the structural engineering aspects of projects, mentoring junior engineers, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and delivering high-quality technical solutions. This role requires extensive experience in structural design, project management, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of structural systems for a variety of projects, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
Prepare and review structural calculations, designs, and technical reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Manage and coordinate the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
Oversee the work of junior engineers and provide technical guidance, mentorship,



and support in their career development.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to develop efficient and innovative design solutions.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the condition of structures, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Review project proposals, prepare cost estimates, and assist in the preparation of project schedules and timelines.
Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and building codes to enhance the quality and efficiency of designs.
Lead and manage the resolution of technical challenges and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
