1. Targets Achievement

⦠Make quarterly and annual sales forecasts, and sales strategies.

⦠Achieve forecasted sales.

2. Existing Partners

⦠Helping the partner to be profitable.

⦠Encourage and motivate the partner's sales team.

⦠Help the partner on operational issues he/she might be facing.

⦠Visit the customers along with the partner.

⦠Developing new approaches/segments for sales partner.

3. Recent Partners

⦠Work with the marketing team to produce advertising and marketing collaterals with which

to reach out to potential partners.

⦠Conduct a due diligence on interested potential partners.

⦠Ensure that the potential partner completes the partnership obligations.

⦠Complete paperwork and signing formalities.

⦠Provide training to new partners.

⦠Scan the market to explore new segments of partners.
