As Hexcel accelerates its strategic global growth initiatives and expansion of manufacturing capabilities in India and overall, Asia Pacific Region, we are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to take ownership of a flagship greenfield chemical manufacturing facility from concept through to operational handover.

We are looking for a commercially astute, technically robust, and influential project leader who thrives in complex building projects, can navigate India's regulatory construction landscape, and has a proven track record of delivering major industrial projects on time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of a major greenfield manufacturing project, from business case development and FEL/FEED through construction, commissioning, startup, and operational handover.
- Take full accountability for project scope, budget, schedule, governance, and overall capital project delivery performance.
- Drive collaboration across global engineering, operations, business development, procurement, EPC contractors, and regional stakeholders.
- Develop and implement robust project execution, procurement, contracting, risk management, and change management strategies.
