Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer who can work across the stack and contribute to our cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and resolving them effectively. They will collaborate with our team to develop, implement, and maintain features for our clients in the insurance industry.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work with development teams and product managers to create software solutions
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write and document effective APIs
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Write technical documentation




- Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software and implement meaningful insights from unstructured data

Skills and Specifications Required Skills:

- Proven experience of 4-8 yrs as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
- Familiarity with common stacks
- Backend Skills: Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) or Python (Django).
- Frontend Skills: Experience with Angular or React for creating user-friendly interfaces.
- Database: Knowledge of MongoDB and MySQL for efficient data management.
- Other Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, with familiarity in front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx) and UI/UX design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Outstanding attention to detail. Understanding of machine learning concepts and methodologies are highly preferred.
