Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA)

Location: Office-Based (Chandigarh/Mohali/Tricity Area)

Shift: Night Shift (US Healthcare Process)

About the Role:

We are hiring freshers only for the Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA) role. Candidates must have a healthcare background and excellent English communication skills to support patients and healthcare providers in a US healthcare environment.

Eligibility:

- Freshers only
- B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc Nursing, GNM, ANM, or related healthcare qualification
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Must be based in or willing to work from the Chandigarh/Mohali/Tricity area

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle patient calls and appointment scheduling
- Update patient information in healthcare systems




- Assist with prescription refills and provider coordination
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
- Provide professional patient support and administrative assistance

Required Skills:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
