Video Journalist & Content Creator Intern

We are looking for an energetic Journalism / Mass Communication student or recent graduate who loves being in front of or behind the camera and wants hands-on experience creating YouTube videos, interviews, reels, founder stories, and business-focused content.

This is not a desk-only internship. You will research stories, plan shoots, interact with people, conduct interviews, visit locations when required, and help create engaging video content from idea to publication.

What You'll Do

- Research compelling topics, businesses, founders, startups, AI and current trends.
- Shoot YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts, reels and short-form content.
- Conduct on-camera interviews with founders, professionals and team members.
- Develop questions, scripts, hooks and story angles before shoots.
- Visit events, offices and other locations for content shoots when required.
- Assist with camera setup, framing, audio and basic production.
- Work with editors to turn raw footage into engaging stories.
- Create content for YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Track trends and suggest fresh content ideas.

Who Should Apply




- Students or graduates in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Film, Digital Media or related fields.
- Comfortable using a camera/smartphone for professional content shoots.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable talking to and interviewing new people.
- Basic understanding of YouTube, Instagram Reels and social media content.
- Confident, creative and willing to experiment with new content formats.
- Basic video editing knowledge is a plus.
- On-camera confidence is a major advantage.
