Job Description:

- Drive SAP PLM implementation, development, configuration, customization, and enhancement activities.

- Work on Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes and related PLM workflows.

- Gather requirements from business users and key users and translate them into functional solutions.

- Prepare functional specifications and technical requirements for SAP-PLM development.

- Participate in the end-to-end PLM implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, development, testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Provide L1/L2 functional support, troubleshoot issues, perform RCA, and coordinate defect resolution.

- Develop and optimize customized SAP-PLM solutions such as GECOS-ECM.

- Perform regression testing, test scenario creation, execution, and validation across Test and QA environments.





- Analyze existing AS-IS PLM processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.

- Optimize PLM workflows and Engineering Change processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, developers, and cross-functional teams for successful implementation and enhancement projects.

- Prepare process documentation, user guides, and other PLM-related technical/functional documentation.

- Conduct user training, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions for global PLM users.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to PLM process standardization and optimization.
