**Mandatory Skills and Experience** Proven experience in mainframe operations and z/OS automation environments. Hands-on migration experience from Non-IBM / ISV automation tools-especially CA OPS/MVS and CA Automation Point-to IBM Systems Automation solutions. Advanced knowledge of IBM Tivoli Systems Automation for z/OS. Working knowledge of NetView for z/OS and System Automation Policy Database (PDB). Solid TSO/ISPF, JCL, and REXX programming skills. Demonstrated experience in installation, configuration, documentation, and automation-related troubleshooting. **Preferred / Additional Skills** Knowledge of SMP/E for software installation and maintenance.
