Summary:
As a Workplace Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and coordination of workplace services across multiple locations. This role requires managing space allocation, ensuring facilities are maintained to high standards, and upholding safety compliance protocols. The practitioner actively supports onsite operations, utilizing various tools and data-driven solutions to create efficient and well-organized environments. The focus remains on maintaining workplaces that are safe, functional, and conducive to employee productivity while aligning with broader business objectives and operational requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workplace service delivery and address emerging challenges.
- Monitor and report on workplace service performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.




- Assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on workplace management practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Field Service Management FSM.
- Strong understanding of workplace service coordination and facilities management principles.
- Experience in utilizing data and technology solutions to enhance workplace operations.
- Ability to manage compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in space planning and resource allocation to support agile workplace needs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IFS Field Service Management FSM.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
