We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Bridges to lead our transportation infrastructure division in Bengaluru, India. - Lead the planning, design, and execution of bridge infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with Indian standards and international best practices
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance bridge engineering capabilities and project delivery efficiency
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Oversee a team of civil engineers and technical professionals, providing mentorship, performance feedback,

- Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies for bridge projects, utilizing advanced engineering tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and stakeholder alignment
- Establish and enforce safety protocols, quality assurance procedures, and environmental standards across all bridge projects
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends in bridge engineering to maintain competitive advantage and operational excellence
