About the Role
As a Move Management Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the moving aspects of employee relocations. You will coordinate household goods and personal effects shipments while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and their relocating employees.
This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service excellence, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary coordinator for relocation moving services
Manage household goods and personal effects shipments for relocating employees
Counsel assignees on household goods policies and relocation processes
Liaise with relocating employees, client HR teams, and service providers
Arrange insurance coverage and ancillary relocation services as required
Maintain accurate records and data within company systems
Review, reconcile, and approve invoices
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communications
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with client requirements and service standards

Preferred Experience

Experience within Mobility, Relocation, Moving Services, Logistics,



or a related industry
Experience supporting corporate clients and managing client relationships
Knowledge of international relocations and household goods services is advantageous
