Our portfolio includes Hundreds of Marathon Events every year, Government Sporting Events, and managing over 5+ crore participants across 500+ events since inception. Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven Sales / Business Development qualified who can build strategic relationships, engage with government bodies, and drive large-scale project acquisition in the sports ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop business opportunities in government and institutional sports sectors
• Build strong relationships with sports authorities and event organizers.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
• Represent the company in tenders, RFPs, and strategic discussions
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to align solutions with client requirements




• Track market trends and identify opportunities in sports technology and digital event solutions

Requirements Key Requirements
• Proven experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) or institutional sales
• Strong network or ability to build connections with government departments / sports bodies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in tendering, lobbying, and large deal closures is a strong advantage
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to travel extensively Preferred Background
• Experience in Sports Industry / Event Management / Technology Solutions
• Prior exposure to public sector engagements.
• Prior experience in Physical Training.
