Summary:
As a Historian Support Engineer, a typical day involves supporting, stabilizing, and continuously improving industrial OT applications and systems aligned to Honeywell Uniformance PHD, Historian, Process Engineering(Historian). The role requires working in an AMS / production support environment, collaborating with operations, IT, engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, support enhancements, and maintain reliable service delivery. The candidate will use domain knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and support governance practices to ensure system availability, SLA adherence, and continuous service improvement. Manage and support historian systems (Honeywell Uniformance PHD), ensuring reliable data collection, storage, and availability for reporting and analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide L2/L3 support for historian systems.
- Troubleshoot data gaps and performance issues.
- Configure tags and data sources.
- Support reporting and analytics teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and availability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Honeywell Uniformance PHD, Historian, Process Engineering(Historian).
- Honeywell Uniformance PHD.
- Historian data management.
- Data collection and tag configuration.
- AMS support & troubleshooting.
- Strong data troubleshooting capability.
- Understanding of process data and usage.
- Good coordination with operations & IT teams.
- Experience in AMS environments and SLA delivery.
- Good To Have Skills: Process engineering knowledge Reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) Data analytics exposure Integration with SCADA/DCS.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have relevant experience in Honeywell Uniformance PHD, Historian, Process Engineering(Historian) and AMS / production support environments.
- Experience in downstream manufacturing, OT, SCADA, PLC, DCS, historian, industrial integration, or energy domain support is preferred where applicable.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
