Job Description:

Position: Manager - Process & Proposal

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 10 – 12 Year

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Lead process design, sizing calculations and technology selection,
- Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs;, layouts, hydraulic calculations, control philosophy, load list and design reports.
- Handle tender and non-tender inquiries from receipt to submission.
- Prepare BOQ/BOI, CAPEX/OPEX and project costing.
- Validate vendor quotations and perform techno-commercial evaluations.
- Manage RFQs for electro-mechanical equipment and packages.
- Participate in pre-bid and post-bid technical meetings.
- Develop proposal winning strategies and risk assessments.
- Standardize proposal tools, templates and documentation.
- Train and mentor proposal/process engineering team.
- Coordinate with management on bid status, risks,opportunities, bid-no bid etc
- Ensure proposal submission within timelines




- Post order detail engineering support on BEP and detail engineering documents approval from client, cost overrun , justification of Costing to the RMC , detail engineering deviation approval from client in line with bid

Salary: - Upto 15.00 LPA
