Job Description:

- Lead and manage overall plant operations to ensure smooth and productive functioning of the department.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production, quality, and business targets.
- Monitor production performance, productivity, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, stores, and administration teams for seamless operations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs across the plant.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage manpower planning, team development, performance monitoring, and employee engagement activities.
- Review operational reports, MIS data,



and key performance indicators for informed decision-making.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and optimization of operational resources.
- Resolve critical operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
- Candidates with extensive experience in steel plants, power plants, or large-scale manufacturing industries preferred.
